The Small Business Development Center at Central Arizona College is a great resource for people who want to start a business and current business owners who want to develop their businesses.  They also offer free counseling in person and at their E-Counseling Center.

The Southern Arizona Chapter of SCORE located in Tucson provides free face-to-face counseling by real-world professionals in Oro Valley, Tucson, and Marana.

The Business Toolbox from SCORE has templates for business plans and expense worksheets, podcasts, and quizzes to help you determine your business strengths and weaknesses.

The U.S. Small Business Administration has many resources for new and existing small businesses including free online courses in English and Spanish.
